У статті проведено теоретичний аналіз основних підходів до розуміння гендеру. Розглянуто явище гендерної ідентифікації. Охарактеризовано зв’язок категорії гендеру та лідерства. Проаналізовано результати емпіричного дослідження гендерного аспекту лідерства студентської молоді
