Статтю присвячено огляду класичних та сучасних теоретико-методологічних джерел з проблеми психічної та бойової психічної травми. У статті наведено результати проведеного аналізу передумов виникнення та особливостей розвитку бойової психічної травми у військовослужбовців в умовах бойових дій. Розкрито поняття складної бойової психічної травми та її вплив на функціонування військовослужбовців у бою, а також подальші наслідки травматизації. Запропоновано різні терапевтичні підходи щодо роботи з психотравмованими військовослужбовцями
