У статті представлено структуру та зміст навчальної програми «Розвиток рефлексивної компетентності у офіцерів Збройних Сил України», висвітлено цілі та завдання програми, які полягають у розвитку психологічних компонентів: кооперативного, комунікативного, особистісного та інтелектуального, а також детально описано зміст занять програми
