The article presents the structure and content of the training programme ‘Development of reflective competence in officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’, highlights the goals and objectives of the programme, which consist in the development of psychological components: cooperative, communicative, personal and intellectual, and details the content of the programme's classes
