У статті представлено результати теоретичного аналізу питань, пов'язаних із психологічними особливостями професійного розвитку кар'єри індивіда. Викладено погляди зарубіжних і вітчизняних вчених на це явище. Охарактеризовано особливості формування кар'єри індивіда у двох напрямах – структурному та процедурному. Основна мета статті – надати теоретичне обґрунтування особливостей розвитку кар'єрної орієнтації особистості
