У статті досліджено підходи та концепції науковців щодо соціально-психологічних аспектів командотворення у військових підрозділах, узагальнено досвід з психологічної підготовки військових психологів Сил оборони України отриманий в російсько-українській війні (2014 – 2023 рр.) та зміст військових публікацій деяких країн-членів НАТО щодо психологічної підготовки особового складу
