The article examines the approaches and concepts of scientists regarding the socio-psychological aspects of command formation in military units, summarizes the experience of psychological training of military psychologists of the Defense Forces of Ukraine gained in the Russian-Ukrainian war (2014 – 2023) and the content of military publications of some NATO member countries regarding psychological training personnel
