Публікація присвячена аналізу та визначенню методів діагностування особистісно-професійних якостей військовослужбовців. Обґрунтовано доцільність, цілеспрямованість та практичну значимість їх застосування. Представлено підібраний психодіагностичний інструментарій дослідження, розкрито дію методик які дозволяють вивчити особистісно-професійні якості військовослужбовців, що впливають на ефективність військово-професійної діяльності
