У статті висвітлено основні підходи щодо розуміння поняття “самореалізації”, проведено аналіз концептуальних підходів до розуміння її психологічного змісту як реалізації власного потенціалу, досягнення особистих цілей та реалізації власного Я; проаналізовано психологічну літературу щодо визначення основних структурних складових самореалізації особистості
