The article highlights the main approaches to understanding the concept of “self-realization”, analyzes conceptual approaches to understanding its psychological content as the realization of one's own potential, the achievement of personal goals and the realization of one's own self; the psychological literature on determining the main structural components of self-realization of an individual is analyzed
