The article analyzes the views of psychologists on the essence and content of depersonalization and consideration of this concept based on various approaches and factors. The relevance of the study of the specified problem is determined in the light of global globalization, urbanization transformational processes, professional activity of people, which are the consequences of the interconnected action and interaction of such systems: "man-man"; "man-society". A systematic approach is applied to justify depersonalization as a complex, multidimensional concept related to the psychological structure of a person, his stability, the influence of external and internal factors in the conditions of society. The influence of depersonalization on the professional activity of an individual is shown and substantiated
