The article examines the causes of anxiety experiences among young people under the influence of quarantine conditions. Youth is a period characterized by the realization of life plans, active participation in social life, and the awareness of personal civic responsibility. Quarantine restrictions affect the quality of life, provoking anxiety states associated with dissatisfaction with life, concerns about health, difficulties in interpersonal communication, financial challenges, and other life processes
