This article examines the impact of psychological culture on the development of creative abilities in medical students, considering psychological culture as a general scientific category. The authors justify a model of psychological culture for medical specialists in the process of professional training, identifying its subjective and objective factors. The study revealed that psychological culture is not only a result of educational socialization but also influences the harmonious development of students’ creative abilities, interests, and needs within the educational environment
