The article provides a theoretical and methodological analysis of the methodological foundations of the training activity of a practical psychologist of a higher education institution. An integrative approach to methodical means of psychological training is applied as a psychocorrective and developmental technology of influence on learning and personal development of participants in the educational process. It is proposed: creation of a self-effective team on the basis of partnership in the process of team building training; methodical recommendations for the development of personal and professional competence of the trainer; drawing up training programs of various directions based on the conceptual and methodological base of their implementation in psychological practice
