Creating conditions for the formation of the creative personality of the student of higher education, as well as the teacher, the realization and self-realization of one's own opportunities in the educational process is a strategic task. This task is designed to contribute to the dynamics of modern socio-political life and professional formation of the student of higher education, in particular the future psychologist, the formation of his motivational sphere for further development of creative abilities. In the course of professional training of future psychologists and social pedagogues, special attention is paid to the development of a creative personality, in particular as a future researcher. The training of such a specialist is an important component of higher education, because a person who has flexibility of thinking is distinguished by educational and professional motivation, creativity of the solution, is able to non-standardly solve problems and changes that constantly occur in society, the educational environment, is able to find adequate forms of organization of the process in which he is, updates his own knowledge, skills, improves professional qualities and properties
