The article presents the results of an interdisciplinary theoretical study on the concept and phenomenon of «organizational values». A number of features have been established that determine the main meaning, content and practical aspects of the phenomenon. It is concluded that organizational values in practice significantly contribute to a powerful organizational culture, the ability of the organization to be more powerful and sustainable
