The article is devoted to the analysis of the approaches of domestic and foreign researchers to the study of the problem of personnel loyalty. The views of scientists regarding the definition of the essence and content of the concept of “loyalty” are considered. Two main scientific approaches to the study of this concept are analyzed, namely: from the position of the economic security service and from the position of the personnel management service. The types of staff loyalty and their mandatory attributes are defined. The models of organizational loyalty developed by modern researchers are highlighted. The levels of loyalty are determined and the factors affecting its development are revealed
