The article examines the principles, substantive features, structure, functions and features of various types of social and managerial relations, highlights the socio-psychological prerequisites and key factors of their development, and analyses the mechanisms of application and reproduction of social and managerial relations in the course of subject-object social interaction at various levels of social organisation in modern society. Recommendations are provided for the restructuring of social and managerial relations in the context of global socio-economic changes and social transformations in Ukrainian society
