In the article, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are considered as a complex open nonlinear dissipative system, the main mechanism of implementation of which is dialogic social interaction, which actualizes and implements joint mutually directed activities of individual, group and collective social subjects and ensures the dynamics of development. The author offers for consideration the axiological foundation of the promising model of the Vision of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the proposed model, the number of fundamental values corresponds to the number of levels of dialogic interaction of the complex nonlinear system of the Ukrainian army, open to integration into the Euro-Atlantic security space. The axiological core of the Vision can be extended to the Defense Forces, but its emphasis is placed precisely on the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as a system-forming formation that determines the direction and design of the transformation of Ukraine's defense policy and Ukraine's place in global security. The article refers to the United24 (U24) initiative proposed by the President of Ukraine, on the basis of which a new global structure may grow in the future, which will be able to provide sufficient support for any country that has suffered a military attack, natural disaster or pandemic within 24 hours
