At the current stage of the development of Ukrainian society, clashes in the plane of material, spiritual, industrial, interpersonal relations are telling. Constructive actions involve understanding the conflict nature, conflictological competence for solving conflictological situations, further prevention of conflicts, and timely diagnosis. Scientific studies on conflict interaction help to understand what factors cause conflict interaction, how to avoid them, to mitigate the driving force of conflict, to take into account methods and technologies for solving conflictogenicity, what consequences reflect on the behavior of the individual in the future. So, in our work, under the term «conflict», we see an open social system of relations and social development, a confrontation, a clash of opposite tendencies, assessments, principles, standards of behavior towards a person, which reflect the desire to approve principles, actions, ideas, to assert oneself, anticipating in its ontological core the structural heterogeneity of interests, which involve the incompatibility of group goals, mutual exclusion, which clarifies a limited number of scarce resources in the process of communication or joint activity between people. This definition of conflict intention is a working one that allows you to outline the field of conflict from other actions of individuals in order to harm or destroy an opponent between groups or individuals. In order to identify the essence of a conflict, it is necessary to establish its nature, to take into account the presence of interaction subjects who are aimed at understanding motives or judgments, as well as interaction in conflicts. In such situations, its functional arsenal is important for our understanding of the architecture of the conflict. The management of conflicts, their driving force, is a purposeful influence on the processes of conflict interaction, which should provide a constructive scenario for solving important tasks actualized in the conflict for society
