The article is devoted to the analysis of modern coaching technologies as a means of preventing professional development crises in the aspect of evaluating their effectiveness. It is noted that research on the effectiveness of coaching is most often presented within the cognitive-behavioral approach, which is obviously related to the presence of a formalized methodology. Research within the modalities is also actively developing, but efficiency research is complicated here by significant variability of both procedural and side variables
