The article characterizes the model of individual readiness for volunteer activity in crisis conditions, the structural and content components of which are psychological (motivational-value, emotional-volitional resources, psychological capital, Soft Skills list) and socio-professional resources (age, gender, education, social status, material income, direction of volunteering, work and volunteer experience)
