The article is devoted to the study of psychological changes in the narrative identity of support service operators under the influence of extreme conditions. Along with the presented theoretical analysis of the components of narrative identity, the results of an empirical study were represented, the sample of which included 41 respondents. Aspects of potential changes in the narrative identity of support service operators in extreme conditions through the statement of indicators of personal self-narrative are highlighted. The research was carried out in an online format, with the help of Google forms. A direct correlation was recorded between the increase in the level of anxiety of respondents and the tendency to isolate certain experiences during the course of extreme conditions; an inverse correlation between a high level of personal anxiety and the ability to self-understand. Personal narratives of the support service operators have been established, which broadcast the lack of sufficient sensual and logical fullness, which proves the existence of traumatic experiences associated with certain experiences in extreme conditions
