The article provides a theoretical analysis of the relationship of organizational culture with various aspects of the professional well-being of the individual. It is determined that high evaluations of the well-being of employees in the workplace are associated with an encouraging and positive environment that emphasizes social ties between employees, promotes self-development of employees and expands their rights and opportunities, endorses creative behavior, provides an opportunity to adhere to their own values and beliefs, as well as to feel freedom of behavior and defend what they believe in, and is characterized by low stressogenicity, that is, it meets the needs of employees for safety, belonging, competence, autonomy, respect and achievements
