The article examines the issue of improving the morale of military personnel and notes proposals regarding the methods and methods of its formation in the process of their moral and psychological training, developed on the basis of the analysis of the experience of the Russian-Ukrainian war, the personal experience of the authors and the results of the survey of military personnel
