According to the results of the study, informal support from people from the immediate environment of the individual receives the greatest trust from psychology students, providing them with psychological safety, and causes a higher degree of intention to turn to it in difficult situations. However, there are students, most of whom fell into the category of respondents with low subjective well-being, who do not have this resource for various reasons. These students need professional help. Therefore, social support as a component of resource provision of psychology students at the stage of their professional development requires further study, as well as analysis of possible ways to optimize the provision of professional assistance
