The article is devoted to the problem of using virtual methods of psychological support for Ukrainians. The role of the GPT chat as a resource for increasing the availability of psychological assistance to the population of dangerous areas in war conditions is substantiated. The main advantages and disadvantages of its use are characterized. The use of CBT tools by the GPT chat is illustrated in order to reduce the level of anxiety of Ukrainians
