The article is devoted to the study of effective forms and methods of work, criteria and levels of formation of interpersonal interaction. Based on the study and generalization of approaches to the systematization of interactive methods and teaching experience, a training program «Psychology of interpersonal communication» was developed. The use of interactive technologies outline new possibilities related to increasing efficiency by enhancing cognitive interest and interpersonal interaction through external dialogue in the training process. Intepactive activity ensures a high level of professional competence due to the inclusion of students in individual and collective activity for the purpose of the study
