The subject component of the professional competence of specialists is substantiated, the integrated manifestation of which is their professional subjectivity, which at the same time is the main criterion for evaluating the formation of his professional competence, as well as the fundamental basis of its actualization in professional activity. The content of the subject component of the professional competence of a specialist is determined as his professionally important mental formation, which includes professional subjectivity, responsibility, reflexivity, autonomy, formation and actualization of which are determined by his value professional orientations in a specific type of professional activity
