The article carries out a theoretical and methodological analysis of the potential of coaching technologies as a tool for increasing the effectiveness of specialists in socionomic professions. The models SUCCES, PRAPDA, GROW, VALOR are highlighted and their content is revealed. The author's system of criteria for evaluating the success of the implementation of coaching technologies in the professional activity of specialists in the socionomic sphere is proposed
