The purpose of the article is to determine the psychological prerequisites for the formation of psychological well-being and trust of servicemen of the state border service, to analyze and generalize all the necessary factors that contribute to the development of psychological stability, which ensures the stability of an adequate level of trust and psychological well-being. The research methods used in this research were: theoretical modeling, systematization and generalization, deduction and induction
