The personal tension of education workers in wartime conditions is a particularly relevant research topic due to a number of specific challenges they face. War greatly increases stress levels as educators worry about their lives and the safety of their loved ones. Constant air alarms, the danger of shelling and other factors of war create strong psychological pressure, which can lead to the development of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and other psychological problems. The war forces educational institutions to adapt to new conditions. This includes switching to distance learning, working in temporary shelters or schools that have been transferred to other regions. Educators need to quickly adapt their methods and materials to new circumstances, which adds additional tension. Teachers often act as psychological support for their students, who are also experiencing the consequences of war. This imposes an additional emotional burden on educators, who must not only fulfill their professional duties, but also support their wards in difficult psychological conditions
