The article presents a comprehensive analysis of modern diagnostic tools for detecting post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) - PC-PTSD-5, CAPS-5 and PCL-5, and the peculiarities of their integration into the national health care system of Ukraine. The functional characteristics of each instrument are analyzed, including their validity, reliability, usability and specificity of application in different clinical contexts. Special attention is paid to the comparative analysis of these tools according to ten key parameters, which allows you to adjust the optimal tool depending on the purpose of the diagnostic process. The study shows that PC-PTSD-5 is most effective for rapid screening, CAPS-5 provides deep clinical diagnosis, and PCL-5 is optimal for self-assessment and monitoring of therapeutic progress. The issue of adapting these tools for various risk groups, in particular military personnel, and the possibility of their integration into digital platforms is considered. Based on the analysis of the scientific literature and empirical studies, the high validity and reliability of the presented tools was confirmed, and PC-PTSD-5 demonstrates an indicator and correlation with PCL-5, which proves its effectiveness in primary diagnosis. The practical significance of the study is expressed in the development of recommendations for the standardization of approaches to the diagnosis of PTSD in Ukraine and the creation of foundations for improving diagnostic and treatment methods in modern conditions. The results of the study can be used to improve the quality of medical care and develop personalized rehabilitation programs for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine
