The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of the implementation of the system of studying and implementing experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which underwent significant development in 2024-2025. The main goal of studying and implementing experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine is to increase the effectiveness of activities aimed at organizing the implementation, within the limits of the powers defined by law, of measures for the training, comprehensive support, development, use and management of the troops (forces) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, other components of the defense forces for the defense of the state, protection of its sovereignty, territorial integrity and inviolability. The authors present a number of practical steps to optimize the operation of the system of studying and implementing experience in units of various types (types) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and outline problematic issues in view of the positive experience of special operations units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, taking into account the specifics of activities in the direction of responsibility, including psychological aspects of personnel readiness to implement procedures for studying and implementing experience
