Стаття присвячена аналізу вітчизняних та зарубіжних наукових джерел з проблеми кадрової безпеки. Розглянуто основні підходи щодо визначення сутності поняття «кадрова безпека», її змісту, структури, функцій та завдань. Висвітлено наукове бачення питань забезпечення кадрової безпеки, існуючих ризиків і загроз для організації та факторів виникнення внутрішніх та зовнішніх загроз кадровій безпеці. Особлива увага приділяється аналізу досліджень у системі державного управління та силових структурах держави
