У статті, крізь призму успішності виконання службово-бойових завдань, розглянуто термін “психологічна готовністьˮ, визначено складові феномену, що пропонується позначати цим терміном, відповідно до визначених складових систематизовано заходи формування та підтримання станів психологічної готовності до бойової діяльності. Матеріали даної статті можуть бути використані при організації психологічного забезпечення підготовки, застосування та відновлення боєздатності підрозділів та частин шляхом удосконалення методичного забезпечення діагностування, формування та відновлення станів психологічної готовності військовослужбовців до виконання службово-бойових завдань. На думку автора, систематизація заходів діагностування, формування та підтримання станів психологічної готовності, що пропонується дозволяє підвищити їх ефективність, досягнути бажаних результатів діяльності
