Significant changes in social space and time, which are caused to life by the transition to the informational stage of development, are necessarily given as signs in the socio-anthropological and existential-psychological dimensions of human existence. The information society, in which the deployment of network structures with the new productive power and power of creative community communications is accompanied by the transformation or even the breaking of hierarchies («pyramid») as the most common ordered management model, gives rise to fundamentally different practices of group and personal meaning-making, self-identification, goal setting, value-evaluative understanding of the world. In particular, this concerns the restructuring of the need-motivational sphere of the individual, which is highlighted by the authors in the context of the general decline of «hierarchies» in postmodern culture
