The article presents the results of testing a programme for the communicative and personal development and dialogue of the personality of a future specialist with a socionomic profile. It is noted that optimal communicative and personal development and dialogisation of consciousness and communication of the personality are ensured in the conditions of a specially organised experimental programme, which is comprehensively implemented at the value-semantic, spiritual-moral, motivational-goal, operational and cognitive-informational levels of the personality. These conditions are external factors in the communicative and personal development of future specialists with a socio-economic profile
