The article is devoted to the study of the psychological features of effective management decision-making by civil servants in the conditions of martial law. It was determined that the management decision-making process consists of the following components: analysis of the problem situation that needs to be solved; setting goals that must be achieved; alternative options for solving the situation; justified choice of one of the alternatives. It was also analyzed that when making management decisions in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine, such personal components as: self-awareness, self-control, a high level of professional motivation, openness to new professional experience and new adaptive opportunities, a sufficient level of self-regulation, willingness to take responsibility for management decisions are activated
