The article examines the specific characteristics of pedagogical interaction, which is organized according to the principles of the humanistic approach as a significant condition for the free disclosure of the creative potential of subjects of the educational process. Those psychological effects of interpersonal influence during pedagogical interaction, which have a favorable effect on the formation of creative abilities of participants in the educational process, are substantiated and highlighted. The results of an empirical study are presented, which proves the significant role of the construction of a subject-subject model of interaction between teachers and students in ensuring their creative working well-being during classes
