Psychological flexibility is studied as an individual psychological property of the individual, which includes the ability to preserve the individual's ability to be open to new experiences, to be aware of and adopt coherent, individual behavioral strategies that arise as reactions in response to certain life circumstances, as well as to be aware of value ideas and beliefs. Its features are highlighted in the context of personal vitality and feasibility through the definition of their relationships
