The psychological resources of experiencing situations of varying degrees of uncertainty are vitality, self-activation, and different coping styles. Resources of vitality and self-activation are more pronounced in situations with a lower degree of uncertainty. The cognitive-behavioral coping style is the most frequently used by all groups, less often social-emotional coping is used, and even less often - avoidant coping. In the case of experiencing a global challenge, the socio-emotional style of coping dominates, and all psychological resources are much higher than for other types of challenges
